Many times we follow the crowd. It is human nature. It seems safe. If it works for them, it should work for others. We can never anticipate the impact a great conversation will have on each of our leaders and their teams. We do know that over 70% will initiate an innovation or change based on their experience. There is a persistent message from our executive community. It is hard to find and keep good people. Technology is agnostic. That is, it is unbiased towards its use. It can be used to further our interests and make life easier and more enjoyable. It can improve our organizations processes and profits.
And it can also have unintended consequences.
