About The Great Conversation Podcast

Each conversation seeks to illuminate an idea, a practice, or a movement. We consider each of you as members in a community. And we listen to your comments, suggestions, and ideas. For example, you have told us you want unscripted conversations around leadership, strategy, and change. You want to know how to create engaged cultures that create organizational strength. You want to be exposed to different market sectors. You want to know how leaders balance risk and opportunity; how to ensure a mindset and a discipline that creates an agile and resilient organization. You want to learn how to digitally transform your organization and your teams. And you don’t want to be ‘Uberized’. You acknowledge that technology is the great disruptive force that can “uber-ize” our assumptions of how people should be organized by roles in measurable processes. You want to harness this and not be a victim of its persistent and inexorable nature.

Note: If you select one of the podcast platforms on this page, you will find a description of the conversations We also publish a monthly overview of each conversation in our blog.

Our community sees The Great Conversation as a leadership program that can be adapted to new employee onboarding, training, and leadership development. It is also entertaining. We all have a seat at the table as leaders across market verticals and disciplines discuss their front of mind issues, risks, opportunities.

And, most important, we believe we have an opportunity to raise the bar on the value of the entire ecosystem of a given market; one conversation at a time.

The conversations are organized around broad research themes that we use to study and leverage to seek other subject matter experts and leaders and to prepare for further conversations.
